Abbey Medieval Tournament 2010

Over the next few days and weeks, I will be posting a series of images from the Abbey Medieval Tournament 2010. This is the third year that I have been lucky enough to be one of the official photographers for the event. It is a stunning weekend and I recommend it to all of you!

If you see an image from the tournament that you want, please drop me an email.

In the area of tuition, I am still taking reservations for private classes, as well as runing some through adult education. For those from my classes who keep asking, my photoshop course is complete and in the testing phase. Keep an eye out - more details soon!

Courses and tuition

From 13 February 2010, I am providing adult education classes in photography through Stafford Heights Community Education in Brisbane. It is a fantastic chance to pass on my love for photography.

I've also been asked whether I would be prepared to run small group classes or individual tuition, privately. Of course, I would!

If you are interested in booking lessons, please use the "contact" button at the top left of the screen. Courses are available at $100 AUS for 3 week's tuition (2 hours per weekend) with an optional sunset shoot included on the 4th weekend, should you wish to test your new skills.

Lazy

I was talking to a client the other day who was telling me how lazy I am. "Why's that?" I asked.

"Well, if I want a print, I don't want to have to email you. I just want to click a link," she told me, "and I want a choice of sizes and framing, if I want to go that way."

So I have begun to put links to help you get the prints of my photos, should you want any. It might take me a while to do them all, but I'm always happy to get feedback and do my best to please.

Don't forget as well, you can get almost 80 photos at once by buying my book. Yes, I hope that appeals to your sense of laziness... lots.

2009 Abbey Medieval Tournament

The 2009 Abbey Medieval Tournament was held on the weekend of 11 July 2009. As usual, it was a fantastic affair, full of fun and excitement. The jousting remains the highlight for the crowds but the many stalls also draw huge numbers of people. If you are chasing cheap copies of the photos from the day, please use the “contact form” to let me know or email me on contact@photoslamour.com
